What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if provided), and the message you write about your child. We do not collect information from children directly.

How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and schedule services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How it is sent and stored

Form submissions are transmitted via Cloudflare Pages Functions and delivered to us by Resend, a transactional email service. Cloudflare processes the request to deliver the form. Resend processes the email on our behalf. Neither service retains your personal information beyond what is necessary to deliver the message. We do not store form submissions in a database.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, which may set cookies necessary for its operation. We do not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have submitted by contacting us at (708) 724-8780 or by mail at the address above. Illinois residents have additional rights under the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act.

Security

Form data is transmitted over HTTPS. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide.
